  1. Payments & Billing
  • Payments must be made according to agreed terms.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
  • Digital marketing services are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information
  • Supply materials, access credentials, and approvals when needed
  • Comply with third-party platform rules (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Project delays due to missing information or approvals are the client’s responsibility.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, strategies, and creative work produced by Feed Forward will remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment completion, final deliverables become the client’s property unless otherwise stated in the contract.
  • You may not reproduce or distribute our website content without written permission.
  1. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party platforms and tools as part of our services.
We are not responsible for:

  • Algorithm or policy changes
  • Platform outages
  • Account restrictions or suspensions
  • Third-party errors or disruptions
  1. Limitation of Liability

Feed Forward is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business
  • Third-party actions or failures
  • Marketing performance fluctuations
  • Unforeseen technical issues
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

  1. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:

  • The client must pay for all work completed or in progress
  • Feed Forward may retain deliverables until payment is fulfilled
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, depending on the region of service engagement.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
